Salt Lake City is endowed with more than its fair share of lakes, from which it derives its name. Each has its own distinct character and ambience; however, one can’t help but feel a peculiar sense of kinship with them all as I navigate their waters on my yacht!
The highlight of this excursion was when we set sail for an evening cruise down the Salt Lake Marina. The lake’s tranquility and serenity was evident as well as its magic lantern show illuminating its surface during evening hours; providing a captivating experience.
Salt Lake City boasts nearly 70 miles of shoreline suitable for boating, making it one of the best destinations in Utah for enjoying yachting experiences.
